This review is long over due..R Brand, Inc and specially LAUREN ERICK with whom I dealt with exclusively renovated 2 town houses that I owned In Tinley Park Il, before I sold them in the Brookside Glen Development. The 1st house was at 7725 Richardson Lane was a house of horrors after the renters who rented the property for 5 years DESTROYED IT! It was necessary to send in a hazmat crew before any renovations could begin to give you an idea of what we had to work with. I know that without Lauren Erick these 2 renovations could HAVE NEVER BEEN COMPLETED. Lauren's leadership, experience, and expertise was an invaluable part of this process. Lauren was constantly driving the process forward while very patiently explaining to me where we were on the time line, and constantly making recommendations..where the budget was, what was necessary and more importantly what WAS NOT necessary. For example...putting hardwood from the 1st floor on the stairs to the 2nd floor..."just put in carpeting..it will flow better to the 2nd floor that is carpeted...thats 2000-4000 dollars you do not need to spend" I learned very quickly that Lauren with her experience in these matters is to be listened to ALWAYS. The 2nd house that was renovated was at 8661 Ballycastle which needed significantly less improvements..however it was tight schedule that she made work so that everything was done in time for the listing Now, I haven' t even gotten around to telling you the good part yet. I HAVE NEVER MET LAUREN ERICK. I have never set foot in these properties. I don't even live in the USA. I live in Europe... all of our discussions were over the phone and whatsapp. I did ALL of this from Europe. NOW this is a testament to Lauren Erick's communication skills, and her ability to frame in your mind how the project IS going to look..what works what does not work... I self admittedly have zero visualization skills so I relied solely on her visual interpretation . Thanks Again Lauren Erick and Thank you to your Colleagues at R BRAND Inc, for the incredible job that you folks did for me. And if you read this and talk to R Brand .. Tell them Greg sent you!!

AR Brand Homes is top-notch. See the before and after pictures and decide for yourself! Mike and his crew are expert craftsman who listened and implemented this wonderful kitchen renovation. This required knocking out a wall, putting in a new electric panel, and much, much more. When decisions or clarification were needed, Mike took the initiative to make sure that we got what we were looking for. Mike also has an excellent eye for colors and helped us come to a wonderful choice of backsplash colors and patterns. R Brand did a commercial remodel (doctors office) for my business. They were responsible for the carpentry construction, drywall, tile flooring, drop ceiling and painting. They were very professional. I went to Europe on vacation during the remodel but left it in good hands. I was amazed when I got back to see how much progress had been made and what a great job they had done. They also clean up after themselves and left the place spotless. Dave, Mike and the R Brand team were so wonderful to work with. They remodeled our bathrooms and laundry room. The end product is so beautiful and better than we dreamed! I can't believe what happened to me last week. I hired R Brand Homes to update my bathtub wall tile, install a new shower system and glass door. Then take my 28 year old 4 foot shower enlarge it to 5 feet relocating the plumbing installing a travertine seat, tiling walls and pouring a cement pan (floor) finishing the mosaic tile on the floor up the face of the seat and up a 45 degree corner to resemble a waterfall . All I have to say is WOW!  When was the last time you payed for a service and was totally satisfied, (I can't remember) My best line to a contractor is just give me what I am paying for and I'll be happy. We used R Brand homes for the second time! Our first project was basement floor tiles with heat underlay and they did such an awesome job we decided to use them again for our bathroom remodel and we couldn't be more pleased. Mike provides a detailed quote and schedule and sticks to that schedule... even unforeseen delays are managed and they will jump through hoops to remain on schedule.
