About

​Dave left his hometown, Denver, CO, to attend college at Trinity Christian where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.  Attention to detail, budget efficiency, and awareness of completing projects on time are all traits that Dave has learned from his employment experience.  His background includes a management position held at a waste disposal company, management in a masonry materials company and a management/estimator position in a concrete construction company.  Dave played a major role in developing the growth of each company he worked with.  In 2010

his son Mike asked him to become partners to start a renovation construction company.  Together they built and grew the 5-star company that exists today.  Mike has since moved his family to Nashville where he is raising his beautiful family.  Dave and his wife, Cheryl Rosendale, are licensed realtors. Due to his realtor license, Dave understands the relationship between home renovations and resale value.  “I think it’s very important for customers to choose contractors not only on their craftsmanship, but also on their effectiveness within business aspects. 

Budget awareness, cleanliness, and time management should all be taken into account.  That is something that I can confidently say that R Brand Inc strives to always deliver.”   

Within his busy schedule Dave still finds time to enjoy the things he loves most in life.  First and foremost is his family.  He has three married children, which have upgraded his role from “dad” to “papa” by his seven grandchildren.  He also really cherishes his time with his wife whether it’s cooking, golfing or traveling. 

Lauren has had a passion for design and building since childhood.  She recalls her weekend mornings spent watching TLC's Trading Spaces with her mom and her love for interior design grew from that point on.  That love of design led Lauren to pursue a degree in Interior Design and in 2014 she graduated from Joliet Junior College.  While finishing school she started working for a building supply company designing kitchens and bathrooms and selling finish materials required for those projects. She has an extensive product knowledge and understands how those products are applied in the construction phase.  She used her Interior Design background, product, and construction knowledge to build relationships with many customers and contractors and bloomed into a top salesperson for that company.  It was there that Lauren met Mike and Dave which eventually gave way to her joining the R Brand Inc team.  

Lauren also understands another important aspect in any remodel or construction project: Budget.  Her husband flips houses and she is involved in selecting materials and developing floor plans for these homes.  A strict budget and timeline ensures that at the end of the day when the house sells, there is a profit to be made.  That translates into every project she works on with R Brand Inc because she gives customers the end product they envision while staying within the budget set forth at the beginning. 

"When customers meet me I hope they walk away with a sense of how passionate I am about my job.  I had a philosophy professor once tell me, 'Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life' and that could not be more true.  I love this industry and my role within it."

Outside of work Lauren enjoys time with her toddler and husband and they love to entertain and cook for their friends and family.  You can bet if the weather is nice or a "big game" is on they will be hosting a get together with plenty of food and drinks for all.
